Abstrak

This study explains and describes the problems of learning Arabic experienced by students of the Islamic religious education study program. The purpose of this study is to find out the learning difficulties and overcome them with some solutions provided by the researchers. Data collection through observation and interviews. Data analysis starts from data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study explain that the factors that make it difficult to learn Arabic are lack of motivation and interest in learning Arabic, minimal mastery of Arabic vocabulary, a less supportive environment for learning Arabic orally and in writing, and difficulties in the application of nahwu and sharaf learning.
