This research aims to dig deeper into the development of an effective character curriculum at MI Mathla'ul Anwar Pasar Sabut Pandeglang. The research method used is descriptive research involving school principals, teachers and students which aims to instill identified character values including moral values, positive attitudes, social skills, and knowledge about culture and the environment. The data collection technique is interviews with school principals to identify the main objectives of character education that must be embedded in the curriculum. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this research show that developing a character education curriculum at MI Mathla'ul Anwar can increase students' understanding of moral values, positive attitudes, social skills, and knowledge about culture and the environment. Apart from that, this curriculum also helps students develop strong character and high personal integrity
